To ensure the safety and compliance of our drivers, Medi-Eagle Express Healthcare requires all drivers to meet the following health standards:

  • Vision: Drivers must have a minimum of 20/40 vision in each eye, with or without corrective lenses.

  • Hearing: Drivers should be able to hear a forced whisper from a distance of 5 feet.

  • Blood Pressure: Ideal blood pressure should be below 140/90. Certain exceptions may be considered based on individual health evaluations.

  • Diabetes: Diabetes must be effectively managed without the use of insulin for most driving positions.

  • Substance Abuse: Any history of substance abuse may disqualify a candidate from driving roles.
